Welcome to Lightrail Yoga. Our mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga, develop their very own personal yoga journey and self transformation. We work to create peace in our world, communities and families by first creating peace within ourselves. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self acceptance. At Lightrail Yoga, our skilled teachers are encouraged to bring their own teaching style, and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time. Through our own individual growth and with a strong sense of community, we open our hearts to the beauty that can be found in every day.

The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Yoga is for everyone!

VINYASA FLOW

An all-levels class is designed to build strength, improve posture, and cultivate peace. Moving through a series of warming stretches, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and cooling shapes, with options to customize your practice along the way.  All experience levels are welcome.

ADVANCED FLOW

This advanced vinyasa flow class features rigorous pacing/sequencing, advanced arm balances, backbends, and inversions.  If you’re ready to have a break-through in your existing intermediate-advanced practice, this class will send you soaring into unexplored territory.

GENTLE FLOW

This class moves at a slower pace to allow for an increased emphasis on breathing and quieting of body and mind. It is appropriate for students of all levels, including those who are brand new to yoga and students who are recovering from injuries.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A passive, yet deep practice that opens the hips, legs and shoulders to alleviate stiffness and stress. This grounded, meditative class uses bolsters, blankets, blocks and chairs to organize the body in a way that calms your nervous system and relaxes your entire being.
