You may want to change your career or start a new one teaching yoga. You may want to simply serve others to help them improve their lives. You may be searching for spiritual answers and enlightenment. You may want to learn how to levitate. There are so many more reasons you may want to do this.

Taking Lightrail Yoga teacher training is not guaranteed to give you all of these things, but we can help with some of them.

To take our 200 hour Yoga teacher training program you don’t have to be able to do all of the poses. You don’t have to be super flexible and strong. You don’t have to be meditating everyday. You don’t have to be a vegetarian or vegan. You don’t have to be a monk and ascetic. You don’t have to quit your job and leave your family and friends. You don’t have to give up your favorite hobbies and pastimes. You don’t have to be the perfect yogi to teach others.

All you need is an open heart and mind and a desire to change for the better. It also helps to have some previous experience with yoga practice (preferably six months minimum).
