Take or Not to Take??

Taking Lightrail Yoga teacher training is not guaranteed to give you all of these things, but we can help with some of them.
To take our 200 hour Yoga teacher training program you don’t have to be able to do all of the poses. You don’t have to be super flexible and strong. You don’t have to be meditating everyday. You don’t have to be a vegetarian or vegan. You don’t have to be a monk and ascetic. You don’t have to quit your job and leave your family and friends. You don’t have to give up your favorite hobbies and pastimes. You don’t have to be the perfect yogi to teach others.
All you need is an open heart and mind and a desire to change for the better. It also helps to have some previous experience with yoga practice (preferably six months minimum).
At Lightrail Yoga 200 hour yoga teacher training you will learn all about the history and philosophy of yoga and its roots and evolving practice. You will learn how to help yourself and others get the most out of these ancient and modern healing and spiritual methods to benefit and grow from.
