Dancer Pose is my current favorite pose

My current favorite asana, pose is Natarajasana or Dancer Pose. Not only is this pose beautiful to look at but there are so many beautiful things going on at the same time!
The standing leg is being strengthened while to opposite leg is being stretched. The glutes are being strengthened as well as the back muscles. It's an amazing shoulder and arm stretch. It's a balancing pose and also a back bend. It's a marriage of different types of poses, the only thing missing is a spinal twist.
I have noticed that this pose has helped me with my posture significantly. My shoulders and upper back feel stronger allowing me to stand straight with confidence.
I'm just in the beginning and I use a strap but I am excited to see how this pose will look at the end of my yoga teacher training!
