November is the perfect month to give thanks and make change with the holidays forthcoming. The best way to express thankful feelings is by making them ones to remember. Identifying things to be grateful for is important for your mental health and happiness. Whether you are giving appreciation to yourself, an action, or for another person, this week experience is a great way to give thanks.
Gratitude is a choice and you can choose to be grateful. It’s truly amazing when you channel this powerful energy, the magic in gratitude is that you become happier by practicing it.
Through practice and consistence eventually it becomes natural to get into the grateful thoughts and mind. You become a person that blesses others (and yourself) with the way you live.
Join Radha on this 7 day Gratitude Meditation! We will start with an amazing relaxing yoga nidra meditation session (on Zoom) to release tension and facilitate deep rest, so you can experience full physical and mental healing during the week.
You will experience 7 days of growth and gratitude where you will learn a powerful daily practice that invites growth, magnify gratitude and empowers you even in the most challenging times.

1.Daily 15 minutes video with guided meditation for 7 days.
2. Daily email support with daily inspirations and tips
3. One Restorative Yoga Nidra class on Zoom, Sunday November 15th at 11am with Radha.
4. Grand finale GRATITUDE CIRCLE on Zoom. We will come together as a group to meditate and share our experience. Saturday, November 21st at 11am.
Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions for how to access the Zoom Restorative Yoga Nidra class and the grand finale Gratitude Circle Zoom meeting.

From a young age inspired by her grandmother, Radha was captivated towards a spiritual way of living and mind body connection. Through dance modalities, free movement expression and music she discovered a way to connect the mind, body and spirit, where stillness, breathing and meditation became essential part of her practice to create balance and harmony in her daily life.
As a yoga instructor, she brings to her students a depth of experience in Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, having trained the acclaimed yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra with whom she learned meditation, relaxation and healing modalities as well.
Radha strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing peace and joy to flourish within and spread to others! In her free time you will find her cooking delicious vegan meals and preparing healthy juices and smoothies and traveling with her partner, connecting to nature and different cultures, enjoying the beauty and experiences this world has to offer!
